You must not use the platform in any way that may damage, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify Listhomes immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Listings and Content
You must ensure that any content you upload or publish is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
You must not publish content that:

- Infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
- Contains offensive, abusive or discriminatory material.
- Promotes illegal activity.
- Contains malicious software or harmful code.
5. Messaging and Communications
The messaging system is provided to facilitate genuine property-related communication between users.
You must not use the messaging system to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Harass, threaten or intimidate other users.
- Share offensive or abusive content.
- Conduct fraudulent activity.
- Promote unrelated products or services.
Listhomes may review reports of misuse and take appropriate action.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Publish fraudulent listings.
- Attempt to manipulate listing rankings or platform functionality.
- Use automated tools, bots or scraping software without permission.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
- Circumvent platform restrictions or moderation decisions.
7. Property Viewings and Meetings
Users are responsible for arranging and attending property viewings and meetings.
Users should take reasonable precautions when meeting other users.
Listhomes is not responsible for arrangements made between users or for events occurring during property viewings or meetings.
8. Reporting Violations
Users may report content, listings or behaviour that they believe breaches this policy.
Listhomes may investigate reports and take appropriate action.
9. Enforcement
Where Listhomes believes that this policy has been breached, we may:
- Remove content or listings.
- Restrict platform functionality.
- Suspend accounts.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the platform.
