2. About Listhomes

Listhomes provides advertising, listing and communication services only.

Listhomes is not an estate agent and does not provide valuation, negotiation, conveyancing, property management or estate agency services.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Property Listings

Property owners and landlords are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, lawful and up to date.

Listhomes may remove, edit, reject or suspend listings that breach these terms or applicable laws.

5. Property Transactions

Listhomes does not verify ownership of properties, validate listing information or guarantee the accuracy of content submitted by users.

Buyers, renters, sellers and landlords are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Listhomes is not a party to any sale, tenancy, lease or other agreement between users.

6. Messaging

Registered users may communicate through the platform's messaging system.

Users must not use messaging facilities for harassment, spam, fraud, unlawful purposes or abusive behaviour.

7. Viewings and Meetings

Users arrange viewings, inspections and meetings at their own risk.

Listhomes is not responsible for arrangements made between users or for events occurring during property viewings.

Users should take reasonable precautions when meeting other users.

8. Fees

Any fees charged for listings, advertising, property boards or other services will be displayed before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

The Listhomes platform, branding, logos and content are owned by Listhomes or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, but grant Listhomes a licence to display, distribute and promote that content through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Listhomes provides a platform for users to connect. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listhomes shall not be liable for losses arising from property transactions, communications, meetings, viewings or reliance on information published by users.

11. Suspension and Termination

Listhomes may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, applicable laws or platform policies.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
