Listing Agreement

1. Purpose

This Listing Agreement applies to all property listings published on Listhomes. By creating a listing, you agree to comply with this agreement.

2. Authority to List

You must have the legal authority to advertise the property.

By creating a listing you confirm that you are:

  • The property owner;
  • An authorised landlord;
  • An authorised representative of the owner;
  • Otherwise legally entitled to advertise the property.

3. Accuracy of Information

All listing information must be accurate, complete and not misleading.

This includes property descriptions, photographs, pricing, location information, availability and any other details published within the listing.

4. Property Images

You must own the rights to any images uploaded to the platform or have permission to use them.

Images must accurately represent the property being advertised.

Stock photographs, misleading imagery or images that infringe third-party rights are prohibited.

5. Prohibited Listings

Listings must not:

  • Contain false or misleading information.
  • Promote unlawful activity.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Contain offensive or abusive content.
  • Advertise properties that you are not authorised to market.

6. Listing Moderation

Listhomes may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove listings at its discretion.

Publication of a listing does not constitute approval, verification or endorsement by Listhomes.

7. Listing Availability

You agree to update your listing promptly when a property becomes unavailable, sold, let, withdrawn or otherwise no longer available.

8. Property Boards

Where Listhomes provides property boards or signage, users are responsible for ensuring that boards are displayed lawfully and with any necessary permissions.

Listhomes reserves the right to amend board designs, specifications and availability.

9. Content Licence

By submitting listing content, you grant Listhomes a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, distribute and promote that content in connection with the operation and marketing of the platform.

10. Removal of Listings

Listhomes may remove any listing that breaches this agreement, applicable laws or platform policies.
